SurfAid Receives 2nd Humanitarian Honor in 4 Months
In recognition of the capability and potential of our small but heavy-hitting nonprofit, SurfAid International was invited to attend the TIME Global Health Summit in New York. Perhaps the most prestigious and knowledgeable gathering ever of health professionals and world leaders, the goal of the conference was to discuss major health problems facing the developing world and share ideas for overcoming these deadly issues.

Aside from the huge undertaking of creating lasting improvements in health, two challenging aspects of running our grassroots nonprofit are getting the word out and fundraising.
