Alpinist Festival
Mid January is when Elizabeth Ritter found herself as the representative for SurfAid International at the Alpinist Film Festival in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Was it cold? Yes. Was there great snow? Yes. How about the films at the festival? AMAZING!
Alpinist magazine chose SurfAid as 2008’s beneficiary non profit. The 3-day film festival featured snow night (skiing and snowboarding), surf night and stone night (rock climbing).
Thank you to the Alpinist magazine, Christian Beckwith, Leslie Bahn, Conor Miller, Keiko Beatie, Dana Brown, Wes Brown, Dan Malloy and the entire festival crew for choosing SurfAid as their beneficiary non profit and making it such a memorable experience.
